I love canning. It is so much work, but so very fulfilling. I make pizza sauce, tomato soup, salsa, green beans, and peaches. I also freeze applesauce, and do a variety of jams. Do you preserve food???

It's been a long time since I joined in, but hopefully I can keep up with it now! The thing I love is Gods word. I love that he loves us enough to give us our own instruction book. I also love that i still have the freedom to read the bible anytime, anywhere. I know this might not always be the case. While it is the case I need to be reading it and read it as much as possible so that I can hide His word in my heart in case the day does come when His word isn't here. Have a great day!

I love that we had some warm weather and the kids were able to play in the slip-n-slide. They were so excited! As you can see they didn't fully get the concept, but they still had a blast and cooled off a bit!

I love that I don't look like this anymore! I love being pregnant, but it feels pretty good to be so much smaller! I still have a fair amount of weight to get rid of, but I'm able to work on it now (and I'm motivated to get rid of it!) Sorry I hope no one goes blind!

I love sweets,especially chocolate! My sweet friend Melissa brought me a box of these incredible truffles when Reuben was born. Her sister makes them and I love them! I could easily eat a few a day, but I'm trying to make them last as long as possible! Oh so yummy!

Well sometimes it's hard to choose something I love, today was pretty easy! I love joking around and having fun. I have an almost 2 year old and he is a huge goof ball. (possibly a chip off the old block) Last night as my pregnancy was taking affect and I didn't want to cook we decided on some leftovers and popcorn. I was working on dishes as everything was being prepared. Brie came over and whispered to me that she was going to put bugs in her dads bowl of popcorn, but don't tell him! Just to clarify not real bugs, we have oodles of plastic bugs that the kids love to play with (except TJ who is normally scared of them!). Well Brie dumped the popcorn in the bowls and buried the bugs in the bowl. She gave Mark his bowl and he right away saw the bugs. He brought it over too me grinning like what is this supposed to be, I laughed. He said well Brie I saw these in here and gave them back to her. She put them in Zeke's bowl, it made him mad and he stormed back to his room. She then put one in TJ's bowl. Well it took him awhile to see the bug, but when he did he screamed and started running away crying. It was quite funny, I wish we would've gotten it on video. It took him about a half an hour before we could convince him the bug was really gone from his bowl, and he would eat!

It's Thursday so time for something I love! To join in or read what others love go here. I love hanging my clothes out on the clothesline. It's simple and I love the way the clothes smell. It also saves money to not have to use the dryer. Have a great day!

I love thunder storms. They are one of my favorite things. Ever since I was quite young I would sit on our front porch w/ my dad during storms. I love doing the same thing w/ my kids. It is also beautiful to see a rainbow after the storm and think of God's promise to us. Go here for more things others love.

The thing I love is that I have 9 weeks from today until I get to meet Reuben! I can't wait to see who he looks like, OK who am I kidding all of my kids have looked the same! I always dream I will have a black or red haired kid, but it just doesn't happen! I can't wait to hold him and kiss him. I am looking forward to this little blessing, I know 9 weeks is a ways off, but it will be here before I know it! Go here to read more things people love.

We listen to Christian radio (WFRN) and thankfully both kids listen to it and enjoy it too. During rest time they have their radios on and listen to the tunes. The thing I love is that Zeke will be walking around doing something and just breaks out in a song. It's many different songs but my favorite one he started singing is "Free to be me" by Francesca B. I think since Brie leaves tonight (really tomorrow morning) she will be my thing I love! She is such a beautiful girl. She loves to be girly, but at the same time loves to get dirty w/ the boys! It's good she likes to be dirty since she has 3 brothers.(almost!) She loves to be creative and do art. You can go here to see more things people love.
